Partner universities in the PoSIG Consortium include universities from Austria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia. These are:

- Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM), North Macedonia
- European University of Tirana (UET), Albania
- University of Tirana (UTIR), Albania
- University of Business and Technology (UBT) – Pristina, Kosovo
- University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Political Science (FPN/UNSA), Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Sarajevo School of Science Technology (SSST), Bosnia and Herzegovina
- University of Trieste (UTRI), Italy
- University of Prishtina (UP), Kosovo
- University Donja Gorica; University of Montenegro (UMO) – in preparation, Montenegro
The first year of the program takes place at the University of Salzburg.
From the academic year 2025/26, some first-year courses will also be available at University of Prishtina, Sarajevo School for Science and Technology, and Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
Courses of the second year take place at at least one or two of the partner universities.
