The University of Sarajevo is a member of the international IMCEERES Consortium composed of four European and three non-European degree-awarding universities, with a wide network of associate non-educational partners from business, public policy and NGO communities.
The International Masters in Central and East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies offers students the unique opportunity to study in three or four international universities. All students spend their first semester at the University of Tartu, followed by a semester at the University of Glasgow. The first semester of year two is spent at one of the consortium’s partner universities, based on the student’s research interests and existing staff expertise.

Year 2 is spent at one of the degree awarding partner universities where students will follow a study track in their specialised geo-political areas in semester 1, followed by their dissertation:

- Corvinus University Budapest, Hungary
- University of Sarajevo: Bosnia & Herzegovina
- KIMEP University, Kazakhstan
- Ilia State University, Georgia
