Sarina Bakić is an associate professor at the Department of Sociology, at the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Political Science and Head of the Department of Sociology. Her core scientific field is the sociology of culture and art, aesthetics and politics, international cultural relations/cultural diplomacy and various phenomena of mass culture. She is an author of the book Controversies of Cultural Reception and co-author of the books Understanding Society and Peace Potentials of Religion and Interreligious Dialogue as the Tool for Improvement of Political Dialogue in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is an author of the chapter for Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Lives Worldwide, Volume 4: Europe, published by CLIO Greenwood Press. Also, she is one of the authors of the Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopaedia of Sociology: Sociology in Bosnia and Herzegovina, edited by George Ritzer and Chris Rojak. Sarina Bakić is engaged in several projects as the project coordinator and member of the project's team, an author of numerous scientific articles and chapters published in national and international scientific publications. She was officially awarded by the University of Sarajevo for her scientific work in 2021.

Nedžma Džananović is a former diplomat and now professor at the University of Sarajevo’s Faculty of Political Science. She holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science, Master degree in European Studies from London School of Economics and Political Science and University of Bologna, as well as a Ph.D. in Political Sceince from the University of Sarajevo. The courses she teaches inlcude: Diplomacy, Political System of the EU, EU Foreign Policy, Multilateral Diplomacy and International Organizations. She is one of the leading Bosnian experts in diplomacy and EU integration and a researcher with considerable experience in international research projects. Also serves as an international expert for the quality review and evaluation of research projects in her areas of expertise.
She has been involved in the development and management of the PoSIG program since 2014.

Damir Kapidžić is an Associate Professor of Comparative Politics at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Sarajevo, and a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University, Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. His research examines how democratic and authoritarian politics are institutionalized in the context of ethnic conflict, power-sharing, and democratic innovations. He focuses on processes in Southeast European countries with comparative perspectives from Southeast Asia, East Africa, and the Middle East. As a consultant, he designed several deliberative democracy processes and citizens’ assemblies. He is a member of the Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group, principal investigator of the EU Horizon CONNEKT project, and editor of Illiberal Politics in Southeast Europe (2022, Routledge).

Valida Repovac Nikšić is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo. Her research focuses on political sociology and political theory. She published a book titled On Cosmopolitanism – Theoretical Debates.

Ehlimana Spahić is an Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science at the University of Sarajevo – Faculty of Political Science and Head of the Department for Political Science. She is the representative of the Social Sciences Group in the Quality Management Committee of the University of Sarajevo and the President of the Quality Assurance Committee at the Faculty of Political Sciences. She has a degree in political science, a master's degree in economics, and a doctorate in political science. Her dedication to lifelong learning programs has resulted in numerous diplomas and certificates ranging from foreign languages and management to IT. Her research interests include Political Economy, International Political Economy, Politics and Lobbying, Developmental Studies, and Economic Diplomacy. She has published several books, a handbook, edited proceedings, scientific papers, professional papers, and book reviews. During her academic career, she has participated in local and international conferences. In the context of international cooperation, she has participated in teaching (5) and training (2) exchange programs within Erasmus at prestige universities in Spain (Universitat de Barcelona), Netherlands (International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam) and Austria (Paris Lodron University of Salzburg). In addition, she has successfully implemented several international and local projects. She teaches and writes in Bosnian and English.

Sead Turčalo is a professor at the Department of Security and Peace Studies, serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Sarajevo since 2019. His teaching expertise includes Geopolitics, International Security, Energy Security, and Conflict Management in International Relations, spanning both undergraduate and graduate levels at the Department of Security and Peace Studies and the Department of Political Science. He also lectures on Geopolitical Studies of the Contemporary World at the interdisciplinary doctoral study of the Faculty of Political Sciences and on Geopolitics and Global Order at the “Global Studies” doctoral program of the Center for Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Studies, University of Sarajevo. A regular participant in domestic and international scientific gatherings, Turčalo has contributed to 15 international and national research projects as a researcher, lead researcher, or coordinator. He is the principal investigator for the Horizon Europe project “Re-Engage” and has held similar roles in the Horizon2020 projects “PAVE” and “Conekkt.” His scholarly contributions include five books, four studies, and numerous papers in refereed journals. Recent works include “Building resilience or increasing vulnerability to extremism in communities?” (2023), “Presretnuti razgovori: pripreme za rat (Intercepted Conversations: Preparations for War)” (2022), “Popularna geopolitika (Popular Geopolitics)” (2021), and “Energy Geopolitics in the Balkans” (2020).
Turčalo's diverse educational background includes the Leadership Academy for Development at Stanford University's Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law and a Diploma in Islamic Sciences from the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, University of Sarajevo. He is the vice president of the NGO Atlantska Inicijativa and a consultant for numerous domestic and international organizations like OSCE, IOM, IRI, and the External Affairs Administration of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His roles also extend to being a project reviewer for the Dutch Council for Science and serving in editorial capacities for several academic journals, including “Democracy and Security in Southeastern Europe” and “Journal of Regional Security.”
